Take note: Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico and international orders are not included in this promotion.
Unpacking and assembling your massage chair is your responsibility, or you can opt for our “White Glove Service” which will do the unpacking and assembly of the chair as well as tidy up all associated packing materials. If there’s a possibility that you may return your chair, please ask the White Glove Delivery agent to leave behind its original packaging since free returns are only applicable when chairs come in their initial boxes.
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico differs from international orders. For these shipments, you will need to contact us directly via phone in order for the shipping details to be explained; any duties or custom clearance fees incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.
